New US Passport

New or First Time Passport

An appearance in person at a Passport Acceptance office is required and a mandatory step of your passport order. After gathering the documents listed below you must take them with you and appear in person at a Passport Acceptance office and get a sealed package. When making your appearance you will pay a Government fee of $170 and a separate execution fee of $25. Make sure to have a cashiers check or money order made payable to the, "US Department of State" in the amount of $170 with you. The $25 execution fee can be paid by Debit card.

New or First Time Passport you must meet the following requirement:

  • You must be applying for the first time.
  • The previous passport was issued more than 15 years ago.
  • The previous passport was issued when you were under the age of 16.

  • Application needs to be completed online, no handwritten application accepted
  • No double sided printing allowed
  • Do not sign the application till you go infront of an Acceptance Agent

Two Authorization Letters

Letter of Authorization will be issued when you come in person. If you are not coming to our office and doing it by mail. Please Call (310) 446-4130 for Authorization Letter

Flight Itinerary

  • You must include a copy of your flight itinerary or ticket holdings
  • If You do not have a Travel Itinerary or ticket Please call: (310) 446-4130

One Passport Photo

  • PASSPORT PHOTO SERVICES AVAILABLE IN OUR OFFICE LOCATION
  • Must be 2x2in on a white background (Recent Photo within one month)

Must Appear in Person

Please put together the documents listed above and you must come in person at Our Office, subsequently you will be sent to Passport Acceptance facility to get your document sealed in a package.

They will put all of your documents including your check and original documents in a sealed package and hand it back to you. Which needs to be dropped at our office to start the process.

You will need to bring a cashiers check or money order in the amount of $170 made payable to the, "US Department of State." A separarte execution fee of $25 will be charged, you can be paid by Debit card or cash.
